Plan it. Live it. Keep it.

Fieldbook is the homeschool planner and record for Australian families. It plans the week for every child, with siblings learning together, lets kids run their own day, and keeps the record as you go.

  • Australian Curriculum, version 9.0
  • Stored in Australia
  • One price for the whole family
Fieldbook's Home: Good morning, Sam, on Wednesday 21 October, Term 4, week 3, with 1 item awaiting review, and Ava's hand-in, Angle Explorers, with Review later and Review and approve.
Leo's My day on a phone: Mathematics finished, English up next with a Keep going button, then Humanities and Social Sciences together with Ava and Mia.
Plan it

A week planned for every child

No typing in lesson plans. Year plans are ready for each child's level, and Plan the week lines up everyone's next activities into one family timetable, with shared subjects done together.

Plan the week, step 3, Blocks: Monday 26 October's Mathematics, English and Humanities and Social Sciences, each with Ava, Leo and Mia together, and Save as our usual week.
Live it

Kids who can start without you

Each child taps their name, no password needed, and My day shows them what's next, in short steps written for them, with ticks, hand-in and a little celebration when they finish.

Stuck? One tap on I need help tells you who needs you and which step they're on.

Leo's activity, step 1 of 3, Watch and learn: two of three steps ticked, listening to a story and copying sentence starters, then Talk about it: When did you feel the same as a character?
Keep it

A record that keeps itself

Everything they finish builds their Learning record: activities count towards the Australian Curriculum, and photos and notes from the camping trip, sport and music sit right alongside them.

Ava's Learning record: Australian Curriculum content descriptions covered by her finished work, with chips for each subject and Year 5 English by strand: Language 9 of 9, Literature 2 of 5, Literacy 0 of 10.
Help when they need it

You don't have to hover

Each child works through their day on their own. When one gets stuck, they tap I need help. Keep Fieldbook open on your phone or laptop, and you'll see who needs you and which step they're on while you get on with your own day. One tap takes you there, and the others keep going.

  • No more calling out from the other room, or checking on everyone in turn
  • See exactly where they're stuck: the activity and the step
  • They see "Help is on the way", then who's coming
  • Send a nudge, like "Have another look at step 2" or "Great work!", and see when they tap Got it
  • A tutor can answer too, for the children they teach, during the times you've allowed

Fieldbook keeps track of who's doing what, so you don't have to.

  2. 2You, on your phone or laptop

Report season

Your annual summary, drafted from what they did

In Queensland, Fieldbook drafts each child's annual summary from their Learning record, in parts you can edit, copy and print. Add their registration date and it reminds you when the report window opens. You stay in charge: you check it and submit it yourself.

Made for how families really homeschool

Not all screen time

Activities send children to real things: blocks, books, the kitchen, the backyard. The screen shows the way, and finished work is a photo or a note.

Plans that bend

Sick day? Beach day? Re-plan the week, or reuse last week's shape. Work that's started or finished stays exactly where it is.

Australian through and through

Prep, terms and Australian spelling, with Queensland term dates built in. Written for Australian families, not adapted from overseas.

Paper when you want it

Print the family week, or each child's week or day, with tick boxes for the fridge. Black-and-white friendly, on A4.

Questions

When can we start?

We're opening Fieldbook to families in stages, starting with the year levels we have activities for. Join the list and we'll email you when your place opens. Founding families go first within each stage.

How do we get set up?

A guided setup walks you through your family, each learner, their year plans and your weekly rhythm, then Plan the week takes it from there. It saves as you go, and you can skip any step and come back to it.

Does it help with my annual report?

Yes, in Queensland. Fieldbook drafts each child's annual summary from their Learning record, in parts you can edit, copy and print, and reminds you when the report window opens. You submit it yourself.

Who is it for?

Australian families who homeschool, or are about to, especially if you're teaching more than one child. It works for one child too.

Can the kids use it on their own?

Yes. On a shared tablet or computer, each child taps their own name to start their day, with no passwords to remember. A grown-up signs in once on the device, and if you set a family PIN, only grown-ups can leave the kids' view.

Do I need to sit with them all day?

No. Each child works through their own day. When they're stuck, they tap I need help, and if you have Fieldbook open on your phone or laptop you'll see who needs you and which step they're on. One tap takes you there.

Is it all screen time?

No. Activities send children off the screen to real things, from building blocks to the backyard. They come back to tick off steps and hand in a photo or a note.

Does it follow the Australian Curriculum?

Yes. Every activity is written to specific content descriptions in version 9.0 of the Australian Curriculum, and your Learning record shows which ones each child has covered.

Is it written by AI?

We use AI to help draft activities. Before any activity is published, a separate AI reviewer (never the one that drafted it) checks it against the official Australian Curriculum wording and our checklist, and it's sent back if anything fails. Human review by our team is coming, and each activity will show when it's been reviewed.

Which year levels does it cover?

Activities are ready now for Prep, Year 3 and Year 5, with more on the way. Tell us your children's year levels when you join, and that helps us decide what comes next.

How much will Fieldbook cost?

Founding families pay A$99 a year, or A$9.90 a month. When we open in Term 1 2027, families who join in Terms 1 and 2 pay a launch price of A$129 a year or A$12.90 a month. After that, the price is A$179 a year or A$17.90 a month. Founding and launch prices stay the same for as long as your plan continues without a break, including when you switch between yearly and monthly. Paying yearly works out at about two months free. Every price is per family and covers every child.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your free trial lasts 14 days, and nothing is charged before then. You add a card when you start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged your plan's price, and again at the start of each billing period after that, until you cancel. We email you before the trial ends, and before a yearly plan renews.

Do I pay more for more children?

No. One price covers every child in your family.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. It takes a moment and needs no phone call or email, and if you cancel during the trial, you're not charged. When your plan ends, your family's Learning record stays read-only for 90 days, so you can see and download everything. Then it's permanently deleted, and we email you beforehand. Your family's data is important, and we want to give you enough time to save it before we remove it from our systems, for the benefit of your privacy and security. A founding or launch price ends if your plan doesn't continue without a break.

Is my family's information safe?

Your data is stored in Australia, kept separate from every other family, and saved as you go. It's yours: the account owner can download all of it or delete it at any time.
