Cancel a plan you bought on the website

1. Sign in to Fieldbook as the account owner.
2. Go to Family settings, then Billing.
3. Choose Cancel plan, then confirm. You can also choose Manage billing and cancel there.

It takes a moment and needs no phone call or email. If you cancel during your free trial, you're not charged. Otherwise your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed.

Cancel a plan you bought in the App Store

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancel them on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Fieldbook, then Cancel subscription.

Cancelling in Fieldbook or on our website doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. For App Store receipts and refund requests, contact Apple.

Prices on the website and in the App Store

App Store prices may differ from website prices. The founding offer is only available when you subscribe on the website. Prices are in Australian dollars. For Australian families they include GST.

Download your family's information

The account owner can download everything at any time: go to Family settings, then Your family's data, and choose Download data. You get one download with your records, notes, photos and other files. After a plan ends, your family's account stays read-only for 90 days, and Download data also shows on the Billing page. Then it's permanently deleted, and we email you beforehand.

Delete your account

You can delete your Fieldbook account at any time. You'll be removed from every family and signed out, and this can't be undone. If you're the account owner, you might like to download your family's information first.

• On the web: open the account menu at the top right, choose Delete my account, then confirm.
• In the app on iPhone or iPad: go to More, choose Delete my account, then confirm.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. If you subscribed in the App Store, cancel it there too.
